Can I make a change to my order?
Reach out as soon as possible after placing your order — hello@vespr-studio.com. Once an order enters production or shipping, we may not be able to make changes.

How long will it take to get my order?
Pre-order items will take 10-14 days before they are available to ship. Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the US.

What if I need my order sooner?
Email us at hello@vespr-studio.com and we'll see what's possible — no promises, but we'll try.

What materials do you use?
.925 sterling silver, cast from a hand-carved master.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. Final sale items may not be returned.

U.S.-based customers may request a return label with the cost of return shipping deducted from your final refund.
