Shipping policy
- We ship within the U.S. only. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Preorders take 10–14 days.
- You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Carrier delays can happen, so delivery dates aren't guaranteed.
- Please double-check your address. If an order comes back because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, a reshipping fee may apply.
- If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at hello@vespr-studio.com right away and we'll make it right.
- Once an order ships we may not be able to change or cancel it, but reach out and we'll see what we can do.
